HANDCRAFTED PASSION

Heitbërc Whiskey Distillery is 100% self-built by founder Shawn Sarvey, a US-American who studied philosophy, linguistics, Germanics and Sculpture in Germany. His thirst for art, science and thought motivated him to create whiskey, which  turns everyday materials into liquid gold over time.

His quest to learn and build is clearly focused on creating a product that is skillfully handcrafted and honors centuries of tradition, craftsmanship and values. Heitbërc today is unique in its sole purpose to reflect the beginnings of Whiskey and highlight the passion and pioneering spirit behind it.

We produce our Whiskeys from regional corn, rye and barley malt, maturing in new and used American White Oak barrels. Of course, they are bottled with natural color and not chill-filtered.We are currently awaiting approval from the regional
